Shortages & Damages Policy
  • Any shortages or damages should be called in to 800-695-2017 and reported to our office
  • We will request the item numbers, quantities and their lot numbers to process a credit memo to the purchasers account.
  • We will advise at the time of reporting based on quantities whether we will need to call tag the item(s) or just have them disposed of based on the individual case.
  • If a shipment is ever received damaged, please always note it to the delivering company before you sign for it.
  •  If there are damages discovered after delivery, call them in to Pure Planet customer service and we will issue a credit accordingly.
